| Knowledge Trionetics has been manufacturing water treatment systems since 1987. With over 20 years of experience in every facet of water treatment, we have the experience and know-how to reach any water treatment goal. We maintain our own laboratory facilities for testing. Very early on, we realized that depending on outside testing houses took time and money we could better invest in meeting our customer's needs. In addition, some testing houses we dealt with just didn't measure up!

| .................................. | Send
us a sample and we can help determine what kind of treatment system you
need. Better yet, we can send you a timed sampler that will monitor
your process for up to a month to catch once-a-shift or once-a-week
anomalies.
Along with our testing capabilities you also get our experience. Testing houses are usually not knowledgable enough about treatment systems to recognize a potential treatment problem in their analysis. Trionetics, however, has been there, done that so many times that we can spot potential treatment problems and solve them before a system is even built! |
| Quality To insure the highest quality standards, all manufacturing is done by our employees at our facility. We don't farm anything out. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. |

All of our systems start with a stainless steel skid. Although others
may use painted steel, it has been our experience that only stainless
steel can stand up to the corrosive chemicals and moisture present in
any water treatment system.
Manufacturing the unit on a skid makes shipping, installation and customer connection simple as one unit, not multiple pieces that must be disassembled and then reassembled at the customer site. |
| Schedule 80 PVC
plumbing is used throughout. All customer tie-ins are clearly labeled.
Pumps, valves, columns and filters are also labeled to make maintenance
and troubleshooting a breeze.
Unions are provided at all critical points to make parts replacement easy. With a proper spares inventory, no Trionetics system should ever be down for more than 1 hour due to parts failure. Although we build our systems as reliable as possible, we realize that the time to fix the system when it does break is just as important as the time between failures. |

All of our systems feature computer control in a NEMA 4 control cabinet. Computer control allows even the most complicated actions to be coordinated and automated by the controller. In addition, the computer supports communication through a modem and a phone line to allow remote diagnosis and even reconfiguration of system operation without costly and time-consuming visits from a customer service representative. Alarm conditions are documented, stored and can be retrieved for report generation. |
